(Level 1 -2) Dynamic mixed level aligned-flow class. Modifications offered in all postures. Invigorate your entire body and quiet the mind in this fun, powerful full spectrum practice.

Sunset Yoga on Stand Up Paddleboards
We're delighted to once again offer the SUP (stand up paddle board) yoga sessions this summer! Join us for a sunset yoga and meditation paddle on the lake on a Tuesday evening. All levels are welcome and previous yoga experience is not necessary.
Fee includes Board rental, life vests, introduction lesson to SUP, yoga instruction and guided meditation to finish.
