Wednesday: 7.30pm - 8.45pm open: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
(Level 1) Perfect for those newer to Yoga, ongoing beginners and those who have taken some time away from the practice. You will leave class feeling exhilarated, grounded & connected
(Level 1 -2) Dynamic mixed level aligned-flow class. Modifications offered in all postures. Invigorate your entire body and quiet the mind in this fun, powerful full spectrum practice.
Good for every body. Supportive & rejuvenating. Leave feeling centered and calm from this mindful, gently flowing, therapeutic practice.
