Studio etiquette & f.a.q's
Drop in... to any class - no need to pre-book.
Studio temperature ... regular room temperature...no extreme heat.
Shoes ...thank you for removing them at the front door
Please arrive... 5-10 minutes before your class...relax, settle. *The building doors are locked at the start of class in the evenings and on weekends.
When to eat?... Keep it light for 1-2 hours prior to class..snack on 1/2 banana if hungry.
Perfume... please avoid wearing it to your practice.
Practice frequency... aim to practice at least 3 times each week...for optimal health, vitality & joy
Free parking can be found on the side streets daytime or on Gerrard after 6pm.
