Be ready to get into your body and turn things upside down, inside out!

There are no pre-requisites, just come to stretch, get into the flow of your breath, maybe fall over, definitly get up again, sometimes laugh, sometimes sweat. We will take leaps together, sometimes fly and sometimes stay earthbound. Expect to be inspired, challenged and encouraged on this ever evolving journey of awakening, consciously navigating life, breathing in, breathing out, getting into our bodies, minds and hearts and celebrating our wild lives together.
