Sheila Gill
Anusara Inspired™Yoga Teacher
Sheila has enjoyed practicing meditation, chanting and a variety of Hatha yoga styles for over 11 years and has studied closely the Anusara yoga method since 2007. She is passionate about the tangible therapeutic applications of yoga, whether we seek to heal a biomechanic imbalance (sore knee, ‘bad’ back, tight shoulders, etc.), or wish to face our fears by practicing handstands! She especially loves working with students who are motivated to heal injuries, and with Moms pre- and post-natal. As a mother of two active boys she has come to see her own yoga practice and teaching as a trusted means for safely strengthening and restoring one’s body, but also as means of nurturing our playful and creative spirits.
Donna Wilding
Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher

She loves to turn the world upside down with handstands and back bends, giving a new perspective to the moment. She believes the benefits of community to be irreplaceable! Favourite asana? Handstand because it offers new challenges and rediscovery every time it's practiced. Donna is expanding her teaching skills by studying towards Anusara certification and is loving every second of it. Rock om!

She was inspired to teach after being moved by Yoga's potential for teaching self-empowerment, dignity, grace and awareness. A passionate student of Yoga for over 11 years, Carin embarked on her first teacher training with mentors Michael Siddall and Cynthia Cooperstone in 2007. She is elated to be on a journey towards Anusara Yoga Certification. Her enthusiasm for teaching Yoga is expressed in her fun and challenging classes! Favorite pose?
